Evidence-led strategy
We write strategy as a hypothesis, with the validation criteria and test method agreed before any money moves. You'll know in advance what result would prove us wrong, and when you can expect to find out.
Independent Marketing Measurement
No vanity metrics. We measure marketing's impact on the KPI that matters to you and to the people you answer to.
The Problem
Your measurement gap compounds as you grow, lowering your ceiling whether your media budget is $500K or $500M a year.
They're separate crafts. Good marketing leadership is built on pattern recognition and years of judgment in a market. Causal measurement is experimental design and statistics. Most companies ask one team to cover both, and measurement is the half that suffers.
The CMO reports strong growth. The CFO sees a flat line in revenue and cash. Both are reading real numbers, and neither set reconciles to the other. Every budget conversation starts from scratch.
An agency paid on the media it buys is the wrong party to ask whether that media worked. It doesn't take bad faith for the answer to come back favorable.
Meta and Google report on their own performance, and last-click hands the credit to whatever touched the customer most recently. Both are useful for running campaigns day to day. Neither was built to tell you whether the spend caused the sale.
The Solution
01 · Ground
We audit what you're already collecting, rebuild the taxonomy so it still holds at ten times the volume, and repair the pipelines that have been failing without anyone noticing. Then we get Finance and Marketing to agree on what each metric means.
02 · Measure
A quick exploratory model is the right answer when you're testing a hunch and want a read this week. A full experimental design is the right answer when the decision is expensive and hard to reverse. Part of our job is telling you which situation you're in.
03 · Operate
What happened, why it happened, what happens next, and what to do about it. You get all four on every reporting cycle. Most firms deliver the first one monthly and the rest once a quarter, if at all.
"If you can't show me the effect,
the effect probably isn't there."

We write strategy as a hypothesis, with the validation criteria and test method agreed before any money moves. You'll know in advance what result would prove us wrong, and when you can expect to find out.
Geo holdouts and matched-market synthetic control give you a causal read at the market level. Platform and audience lift tests give you one at the campaign level. Everything else we build gets checked against these.
Experiments are expensive and periodic, so a media mix model carries the load between them. We build on Meridian, fit it to your channel taxonomy and business constraints, and recalibrate it against each new test result.
Demand forecasts and response curves by channel and segment, including where diminishing returns set in. That number tells you the point at which the next dollar into a channel stops doing much.
We reallocate against the number your leadership is graded on. Channel-level metrics are useful for diagnosis, but they make a poor target, because a campaign can look strong in a deck and reconcile to nothing on the P&L.
Sometimes what you need is a dashboard or a standing report. We build those so every figure drills through to the evidence beneath it, which is what makes the difference between a report people open and one they ignore.

Capabilities & Core Tenets
Nobody reviews or filters our results before they reach you, including any agency we're working alongside. We write that into the contract.
No conflict to disclose, because there isn't one. Nothing we find can cost us a commission.
Strict data isolation per client. Every client gets a separate cloud project with its own access controls, secrets, and audit log.
Pipelines, QA, and first drafts are automated. Anything that moves your budget is signed by a human.
If a channel isn't doing what you think it is, that's the finding, and we'll report it even though a no-lift result reduces what we get paid.
We run a method by hand across a few real clients before we automate any part of it. Automating early bakes in whatever was wrong with the first version.
